  • Deliver governance support for Corporation and committee meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.
  • Coordinate Governor recruitment, induction, training and engagement activities. Support business improvement initiatives through effective project management and coordination.
  • Research, analyse and present data to inform strategic decision-making and organisational improvement.
  • Produce professional documentation and maintain accurate governance records, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, coordinating key activities, meetings and projects.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the College to promote effective governance, continuous improvement and organisational excellence.

You'll bring experience in a governance, risk, compliance, project management or business support environment, along with the ability to interpret complex information, produce high-quality reports and coordinate multiple activities effectively. You'll be self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Above all, you'll share our values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence and be excited by the opportunity to make a real contribution to strengthening governance, supporting strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement across Kirklees College.
