Dovetail and Slate have partnered with a leading college that places teachers in roles across HM Prisons in the South. We are interested in speaking with experienced instructors that would be confident in delivering up to level 2 qualification in Plastering and Tiling.
The Organisation
The college holds an ‘Outstanding’ grade by Ofsted and is responsible for teaching staff across a number of prisons in the Southwest and Southeast of England. Delivering courses from Welding, plastering, and a number of other trade skills to help offenders gain some employability skills.
What you will need
The ideal candidate will have experience as an instructor or teacher.
You must be qualified to at least a level 3 standard.
Happy to work towards your teaching qualification within the first 2 years.
To be non-judgemental and understanding.
Able to pass the prison vetting process.
