Job Title: Automotive Technical Trainer
Salary: £29,000 – £33,000

Are you an experienced Motor Vehicle professional looking to take the next step in your career? A leading education provider in Shrewsbury is looking for a dedicated Automotive Technical Trainer to join their growing engineering department on a full-time, permanent basis.
You’ll be working as part of a supportive and well-established team, sharing your knowledge and experience to help shape the future of learners aiming to enter the automotive industry. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality practical and theory sessions to post-16 learners
- Support and guide students through assignments and coursework
- Provide constructive feedback and carry out assessments
- Work a 40-hour week in a rewarding, structured education environment
- Inspire and motivate students through your passion for motor vehicle engineering
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry experience in Motor Vehicle is essential
- A Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant Motor Vehicle discipline
- A teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential – full training and support to gain one will be provided
- A passion for sharing your skills and helping others succeed
