Ceri
LSA & Student Support Roles in the North.
Ceri brings a wealth of experience to her role, having spent a year as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school, where she worked closely with students facing a range of challenges, including ADHD, Autism, and both hearing and visual impairments. Growing up with an older sister who has Cerebral Palsy and is profoundly deaf, Ceri became fluent in British Sign Language.
Her family background has significantly shaped her career journey. Ceri’s mother was a teacher overseeing the SEND Language Department and was heavily involved in community support initiatives for individuals with SEND. Meanwhile, her father, now retired, served as the Head of Central Bedfordshire Hearing Impaired Service, Lead Educational Audiologist, and Teacher of the Deaf.
Drawing from both professional and personal experiences, Ceri is deeply passionate about ensuring that students with SEND receive the support they need. She is committed to placing the best-suited staff to meet their needs, covering roles in the North region.
Ceri offers a range of services – providing temporary, temp-perm and permanent staffing solutions for SEND and student support roles. This includes positions such as LSAs, TAs, HLTA, progress/tutorial mentors, 1:1 mentors and exam access assessors.
Chloe
Learning Support & LSA roles in the South. SENCO & SEN Lecturers nationwide.
Chloe is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in the Education Sector. Having managed recruitment teams and worked with Further Education (FE) colleges nationwide, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Chloe comes from a healthcare background with previous experience supporting adults, including those with additional needs. This experience has developed her understanding of the complexities of supporting individuals with diverse requirements.
Chloe’s expertise extends to understanding the specific challenges within FE, SEN and recruitment. She uses this knowledge to support SEN departments in developing successful strategies for both recruiting and retaining staff.
