The main outline of the role entails:
- Train, assess, and mentor apprentices working towards their Level 5 qualifications.
- Offer ongoing guidance and support throughout the entire duration of the apprenticeship program.
- Develop and contribute to the creation of coursework and training materials provided to learners.
- Conduct workplace visits to monitor and evaluate learner progress.
- Provide occasional support to students at Levels 2 and 3, as well as those working on functional skills.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
- Must hold a level 5 in management In social care (or above)
- 2 years minimum experience as a registered care manager
- Either a Relevant assessor or teaching qualification (both desirable)
- Experience assessing/ Training
