Mainly experienced within education recruitment with specialist knowledge of the Secondary Education Sector, I am currently responsible for the growth of the business and success of new consultants.

I spend my time finding new talent and I’m passionate about the training, support and development of each individual from day one.

I love my job and count myself lucky to do something I really enjoy. Seeing people develop and realise their own potential, reaching that lightbulb moment where something we’ve talked about suddenly makes sense is amazing.
