What You’ll Be Doing:

🔧 Deliver engaging and practical sessions in advanced rail engineering, including diagnostics, systems, and maintenance.
🚉 Train and support learners in line with industry standards and safety protocols.
📚 Support curriculum development and help shape course content to reflect real-world practices.
🤝 Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where learners can thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Strong industry experience in rail engineering.
🔹 A relevant Level 3 or higher qualification in engineering or a related field.
🔹 Passion for education and developing the next generation of engineers.
🔹 Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (fully funded and supported).
🔹 Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
