About the Role
Are you a skilled barista trainer, instructor, or coach with a passion for coffee and teaching others? Do you believe in second chances and want to be part of something truly meaningful?
We’re looking for a dedicated Barista Tutor to join our education team at HMP Millsike, delivering practical, high-quality barista training to small groups of learners. This role is ideal for those with a background in coffee training, barista coaching, or coffee preparation education, and a genuine interest in mentoring others into new careers.
