Lecturer in Creative Media
Location: Stamford
Salary: Unqualified: £28,582 – £30,282 | Qualified: £31,182 – £36,084 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Creative Media Lecturer to join our teaching team at an FE College based in Stamford. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and innovative lessons across a range of Creative Media courses, inspiring students to develop their skills and preparing them for progression into higher education or careers in the creative industries.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring teaching on Creative Media courses to FE learners.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons and coursework in line with awarding body requirements.
- Support and motivate students to achieve their academic and career aspirations.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching resources.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience delivering Creative Media courses within an FE College setting.
- Strong subject knowledge across creative media disciplines.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, but full support will be provided to gain one if not already held.
