π What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate high-quality delivery of English and Maths
- Manage and support a team of lecturers and support staff
- Ensure excellent teaching, assessment, and student achievement
- Track learner progress and oversee verification and compliance
- Contribute to curriculum design and innovation
- Promote high expectations, positive behaviour, and learner morale
- Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to raise standards
π What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant degree and a Level 5 teaching qualification
- Strong FE/secondary teaching experience with proven learner outcomes
- Leadership ability or the desire to step into a career-propelling role
- Passion for education and commitment to inclusive, high-impact teaching
- Excellent communication, coordination, and mentoring skills
