Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Instruction: Deliver high-quality lessons across early years subjects, utilizing diverse teaching methods to support varied learning styles and student needs

  • Course Coordination: Oversee course planning, scheduling, and administration, ensuring smooth delivery of the curriculum and meeting accreditation standards

  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments, incorporating innovative resources and digital platforms

  • Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment, providing mentorship and guidance, supporting students’ academic and professional growth

Requirements:

Required:

  • Minimum Level 4 qualification in Early Years or related specialism
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Early Years sector
  • Strong passion for teaching with the ability to engage and inspire students

Supportive and approachable Individual, always available for student questions and assistance

Desirable:

  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd)
