Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures to students studying Electrical & Electronic Engineering across BTEC and HNC/HND courses.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching or lecturing, particularly at the Level 3 or higher education level, is highly desirable however the client is also able to train applicants with the suitable industry experience but looking for a start in education.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
