Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for education and leadership? We’re seeking a dynamic Engineering Programme Lead to join our forward-thinking college in the heart of Yorkshire.
About the Role
As the Engineering Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring engineers. This full-time role is split between:

Teaching (3 days per week): Deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching to Level 3 engineering apprentices.

Programme Leadership (2 days per week): Oversee curriculum delivery, support teaching staff, ensure compliance with quality standards, and work closely with employers and stakeholders to maintain the highest standards across the programme.

What We’re Looking For

Level 5 or Equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Minimum Level 3 engineering qualifications and industry experience

Experience delivering to Level 3 learners (Expeience working with apprenticeship preferred)

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Passion for supporting apprentices and helping them succeed
