About the Role:
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons in Functional Skills and GCSE English to students aged 16+.
- Help students improve their literacy and language skills, building confidence and competence.
- Support students working on their GCSE resits, ensuring lessons are accessible, enjoyable, and impactful.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners and inspire them to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A UK-recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Functional Skills and/or GCSE English, with a track record of learner success.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine commitment to student progress and achievement.
- Excellent classroom management and the ability to engage learners of varying abilities.
- Full right to work in the UK.
