Exams Manager

- Salary: £45k-£50k

Job Purpose
- Oversee the exams process, ensuring high standards and responsiveness across the organization.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and evaluation procedures for examinations.
- Drive improvements to make exam services more efficient and impactful.
Main Duties
- Manage the administration and compliance of exams with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee exam entries, registrations, and the provision of a suitable exam environment.
- Lead and support a team of exam staff, ensuring effective communication and training.
- Ensure accurate and timely data handling for registrations, results, and audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and enhance processes.
- Assist senior management with planning, reporting, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Proven experience managing exams in an educational setting
- Experience within strict examination board constraints.
- Experience of working with highly confidential data
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.
- Great administration skills
