Health and Social Care Lecturer – Pathways/T Levels

The role:
We are looking for 3 Full-Time Health and Social Care Lecturers to support a Care Services Department at an FE Education Provider. The successful applicants will be delivering Pathway and/or T-level courses to 16+ year olds.
The position is a contract with an initial duration of one term; however, this is subject to change.
Experience within the Care Sector is essential – either in Health or the Education Sector.
Shortlisting will not happen until around the 18th of August, so applications are welcome until then.

The client is an OFSTED “Good” graded Further Education Provider located in the North West of England. With a strong commitment to supporting local industry needs, they offer a wide range of vocational courses and apprenticeships. Their strong employer partnerships include key regional and national organisations, helping to ensure that students gain practical, career-focused experience. They play a vital role in the local community by equipping learners with the skills and confidence needed to progress into employment or further study.
What you need:
- A current, Enhanced DBS (Ideally on the update service)
- Experience or understanding of T Levels and/or Pathway Courses
- Ability to create engaging lessons for 16+ Learners
- Teaching experience within further education or adult learning
- A level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Available for full-time work
- To have a “can-do” attitude
