Salary Range: £26,500.00 – £28,000.00 p.a (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Delivering Horticulture lesson and demonstrations to learners on site.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
- Provide technician responsbilities to maintain the site.
- Assessing course work for the students through theory and practical.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- A minimum level 3 in Horticulture or a related field
- The willingness to teach up to level 3 Horticulture to learners.
- A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- The ability to cover both theory and practical sessions.
