We are seeking a full-time A Level Maths & Physics Teacher to join our high-performing faculty. Situated in the heart of Kensington, Ashbourne is one of London’s leading independent sixth form colleges, known for its exceptional A Level results, individualised teaching approach, and supportive community.

About the Role:
You will be teaching A Level Maths and Physics to small, engaged classes of students aiming for top university destinations. The role involves delivering subject content to a high academic standard, supporting individual learning needs, and contributing to the overall academic ethos of the college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver A Level Maths and Physics lessons to a consistently high standard
  • Provide personalised academic support and regular progress feedback
  • Prepare students thoroughly for internal and external assessments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance teaching practice
  • Engage in academic enrichment and exam preparation activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Maths, Physics, or a closely related subject
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience teaching A Level, ideally in an independent or sixth form setting
  • A strong academic background and a student-centred teaching style
