We are currently representing a well-established Further Education college based into the Leicester region. Looking to build on their department with a specialist individual to work as a tutor/lecturer within their motor vehicle department.

Main Function:
Your primary focus will be to deliver quality teaching, coaching and development to employed apprentices within the lift truck and powered access sector. Typically, you will be delivering Lift Truck and Powered Access Engineering Technician level 3 apprenticeship standard.
You do NOT have to have a background in forklift or powered access engineering but must be from a background that has transferrable skills such as heavy vehicle technician / engineer, bus and coach technician / engineer, agriculture engineer.
You will be responsible for the delivery of off the job training at the college campus from induction through to End Point Assessment, making sure that all training and development is completed in line with Individual Learning Plans and ensuring progress is made and recorded.
As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for the progress, and timely achievement of an apprentice’s learning journey.

- Salary: (£25,704- £38,826) + £3,500 increase for the right candidates.
