Location: Wolverhampton, Telford, Walsall.

Join our clients’ dynamic, family first team at a leading private training company based in Wolverhampton, Telford & Walsall dedicated to shaping the future of machining professionals.

Qualifications:

• We are seeking either qualified teaching professionals or experienced Machining specialists who are passionate about imparting their knowledge and skills to the next generation.
• Minimum of a UK Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Proficiency with Manual Milling Machines, Lathe, CNC, and other relevant equipment.

Role & Benefits:

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. A 30-minute break is provided each day for refreshments.

Holidays: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays and closure days.

Pension: Benefit from a 7% employer contribution towards your pension.

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £34,000 (depending on experience).

Progression: For individuals lacking teaching qualifications, we will invest approximately £5000 into your professional development for obtaining teaching qualifications. Those already equipped with Teaching qualifications will receive a higher starting salary.
