Location: Oldham Area
Salary: Up to £41,000

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in motor vehicle technology.
- Teach the apprentices up to a level 3 standard.
- Develop innovative curriculum materials and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their academic and professional growth.
- Foster a positive learning environment conducive to active participation and skill development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and industry experience in motor vehicle technology.
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PTTLS Cert Ed)
- Passion for teaching and empowering students to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
