– HGV Technical Trainer

– LGV Technical Trainers

– Bus & Coach Technical Trainers

Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Technical Trainer, your role will include:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to individuals pursuing careers in the automotive industry.
  • Providing hands-on instruction, coaching, and mentorship to students.
  • Designing and updating training materials, curricula, and assessments to align with industry standards.
  • Assessing and evaluating the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback to aid in their professional development.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporating them into training programs.
  • Collaborating with the curriculum development team to ensure training materials remain current.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of HGV, LGV, or Bus & Coach maintenance and repair.
  • A proven track record in training and educating others in a technical field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Relevant industry certifications or qualifications.
  • Patience and the ability to adapt training methods to meet individual learning styles.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of training excellence.

Salary:

Starting salary for these positions ranges from £30,000 to £40,000, depending on your level of experience.
